How to change your blogskin

Welcome to Blogging for Beginners!
This is the step-by-step guide to "How to change your blogskin".

1.To get a blogskin , go to http://www.blogskins.com/ .

2.At blogskins.com , you can search for a blogskin you like. For beginners , I strongly recommend you to start with a simple blogskin which is in the following format :

There may or may not be a picture there but I recommend this kind of format instead of those which allows you to change navigations.

3.Click on the blogskin you like to preview or download it. When you enter , you will come to this page :

4.To preview it , scroll down and under the "Actions" column , click "preview it".

5.Then , after you preview it and you like it , under the "Actions" column , click "Blogger Main" (boxed up in screenshot). You can choose to save or just open it. I recommend saving it as you might accidentally close the window.

6.Highlight everything in the notepad window of your blogskin (known as "html code") and copy it.

7.Go to your blogger dashboard , under your blog's name , click "layout"(boxed up in screenshot). 8.When you are at layout , click "Edit HTML".9.After you clicked "Edit HTML" , scroll down , and click "Revert to Classic Template" (boxed up in screenshot).

10.When a window pop out and ask you if you want to continue , click "OK". After it is back to classic template , delete the current html code and paste in your new one.

11.Click "Save Template" and you're done!
